Q1.When can I get the price? 
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us by 0086-769-33815191

Q2.Are your samples free or need cost? 
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free spls, freight collect. But for some high value spls, it need spl cost and freight collect. Pls informed that all spls cost and freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You’re welcomed to email us for checking.

Q3.How can I get a sample to check your quality? 
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

Q4.Can you do the designs for us? 
Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in packaging box design and manufacturing. We can manufacture the products as per your requirements.

Q5.How long can I expect to get the sample? 
It will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days. The samples will be sent to you by express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q6.What about the lead time for mass production? 
Frankly speaking, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally, we suggest that you start inquiry 60 days before the date you would like to get the products at your country. 

Q7 .How to make sure we are a good supplier? 
  1.You could check our alibaba website we are the gold supplier ,   Assessed Suppliers and Trade assurance supplier.
  2.We have the WCA Certificate.

Q8. If the inquiry quantity is less than the MOQ ?
No matter what is the quantity we can accept.
Frankly speaking, the less quantity the higher cost will be in manufacture  ,package,material purchasing  . We suggest the  inquiry quantity to be 3000pcs,the price would be more competitive.

Q9.If we have not received the quotation,what is the problem,how to deal with it ?
We reply you in 24hours except for the holiday ,We will confirm after sending quotation our two days.
If you have not received ,it may the mail was encounted some problem,so please kindly contact us without  hesitating.

We will resend it and ensure you get the quotation which you wanted.

Q10. If the quotation is too high ,what would you do ?
If the quotation is too high please provide us more details about your products or target price, we can give you   best adavise and give your some opinions to reduce the cost .

Q12.Why do you need the extra handling charge USD 500 ?

If your order is not a full container , the goods will be dilevered by LCL , there will be higher shipping cost .The charge deponds on your order quantity . If the fee less than USD 500 , we will chage you as the actually cost .
