Application:

This shotcrete machine is widely used in construction for mines, coal mines, tunnel, subway, swimming poor, culverts, hydropower  projects, and some construction operations.

Adopt the tide type or wet type to spray. Straight general formula rotor  material adopts the high wear-resisting plastic material of the sizing with producing the material elbow, have dispelled the bonding of the machine and stopped up completely. Reduce the dust effectively, reduce the resilience.

 

It is low-voltage to adopt, the operation principle that the low-speed vortex air current sends, sprays at short range ,question of overcoming the tube, pulse of stopping up ,emanating etc, enable spraying the material to flow evenly, steadily, improve and gush out one layer of quality

 

The permanent safe equipment is especially suited to gushing out the homework and adding the steel to link the homework  in tide,  reduce the dust and resilience by a wide margin, improve the homework environment. The dust density is reduced to under 20, the resilience rate does not exceed 15% , can rise to gush out one layer of intensity 20-30 mpa.
