1) Put pouch on the tray red tab part up.

 

2) Set in the microwave oven, and on.

 

3) The inflated air inside pouch goes out from the tab part, so the poch does not burst in the microwave. 

  

4) To peel the pouch from the tab and you can pick up the content from the pouch easily!
