What is Hydroseeding?

Hydroseeding is a spray-on water-based mixture of grass seed, wood fiber and fertilizer. It is often used to grow grass on steep slopes to help prevent soil erosion. The process of hydroseeding involves fiber mulch, fertilizer, water, seed and sometimes lime being mixed together inside a tank, and then applied directly over a prepared ground, using a spray hose. Once the lawn area is thoroughly sprayed, the moist fiber mulch then works to produce a bond with the soil, and also gives the seeds a water-retaining layer to defend them against the sunlight, erosion and wind. Once the seeds start to germinate, and the fiber mulch gradually decompose, providing the soil with nutrients.

1. Hengrui HKP series hydroseeder machine is with automatic sieving soil system. You don’t need to use manual or other machine to sieve soil.

2. HKP series hydroseeder adopts newest vane pump, pumping power is much larger to increase spray capacity and avoid leaking in pump.

3. HKP series hydroseeder use “ S” –types gimbaled nozzle for reducing recoil and adapting to high pressure pump, it is much easier to operate.

4. The tank is standard and beauty. Structure of the scaffold use 120mm square tube to weld, make the whole machine more fastness and durable.

5. When mixing and spraying, HKP series hydroseeder use double chain to avoid chain fall off or broken.
