Replacement/Exchange

 We accept exchange/replace item within 7-14 days when customer receive merchandise.
 Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons. No exception.
 We will process RMA within 3-7 days when we receive the item back. We exchange/replace item if only item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.
