We usually need charge sample fee in advance, and sample is evaluated before bulk order production.

Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions

We guarantee each shipment before shipping, it will be strictly inspected by our own inspector or customer's appointed inspector. According to different products or different composed parts, we provided one to two years quality guarantee after shipment.

After Sales Service

During valid quality guarantee period, we provide spare parts or technical support to fix or upgrade the software. If the problem can't be resolved by you, please return the defective to our Hong Kong provided address and we fix it for you.
