Linear motor used vertically, in the absence of external retainer case, the traditional approach is often increased by selecting the common spring thrust big allowance (including linear motor or pneumatic spring, hydraulic spring) to compensate for the additional load caused by gravity. This not only increases the cost of the system, the same load needed for the rise and fall of the actual output force vary greatly, increase the thrust fluctuation of the system, the running speed is limited, reduce the positioning precision, prolong the stable time, loss of the high speed response performance.
