Introduction to advantages
One: Structure of the boiler
1. WNS series full automatic boiler adopts heat components of the structure of horizontal tri-backhauling wet back as threaded smoke tube. Adopting wetback down stream structure can avoid the problems that the smoke box of the dryback and central backflash system could be sealed and the temperature of the smoke box could be too high.
2. The furnace adopts the most advanced domestic structure——corrugated furnace, which can increase the heat transfer area and the stability of the furnace.
3. The smoke tube adopts high efficient heat transfer component——threaded smoke tube. It raises the heat transfer coefficient of the smoke tube. The volume of the boiler can be further decreased.
Two: Introduction to the boiler production
1. The main pressure cells of the boiler are produced strictly by the national rules and standards of “Safety and technique supervision regulation of Steam Boiler” and “General technical conditions of industrial boiler”. The factory has passed ISO9001 quality system authentication of English Moody Company. The manufacturing process is supervised by Wuxi Boiler checking agency in the factory.
2. The factory sets quality elements of designing, art, material, production, Nondestructive Testing, equipment and measurement, quality and training, quality rewards and penalties, quality information, production process, checking, after-service. Every element is brought into the quality assurance system to assure the quality.
Three: The main advantages of Oil (Gas) Boilers
1. Safe, Stable, Powerful
2. The boiler uses clean energy to satisfy the national environmental policy. The boiler room is clean and no pollution.
3. The boiler runs automatically. Fewer stokers are needed.
4. The boiler room takes a small area. The construction investment can be decreased.
5. The boiler is started quickly. It can reach rated working condition in 20 minutes.
6. Combustion apparatus are made of imported and original products. The quality is good and maintenance is less.
7. Insulating layer of 100mm is adopted. The exterior temperature won’t be high than 50 exterior (National Standard).
Four: Automatic controlling system of the boiler
(1) Boiler controlling alarm system and security protection system are interlocked installed. The boiler security protection system and controlling system can be obviously divided.
(2) The combustion control and safe operation are controlled by the sequencer. It has the following 5 functions>
A. Former blowing and sweeping in the hearth.
B. Protection of automatic ignition program.
C. Locking and protection program of operation completion.
D. Protection program of extinction
E. Protection program of completion.
Five:The protection of the boiler security:
(1) Sound-light alarm of ignition failure.
(2) Sound-light alarm of combustion engine malfunction.
(3) Sound-light alarm of low air pressure.
(4) Sound-light alarm of high steam pressure.
(5) Sound-light alarm of super high water level, low water level and super low water level.
(6) Sound-light alarm of combustion engine extinguishing.
(7) Blowing out when the combustion engine motor is over loaded.
(8) Interlocked protection of the boiler and the water inlet pump.
(9) One water-pump and one spare pump.
(10) Protection and alarm of super high and super low pressure of the gas pressure.
(11) Alarm of gas leakage. The leakage of the valves can be automatically checked.
(12) The boiler can be stopped automatically when the combustion engine malfunctions and should be replaced by hand.
(13) The boiler can stop automatically when the steam pressure is too high and should be adjusted by hand.
(14) The boiler can stop automatically when the water level is too low and should be adjusted by hand.
(15) The boiler can stop automatically when the power of security interlock is cut off and should be adjusted by hand.
(16) The boiler can stop automatically when the boiler is automatically detected and adjusted.
Six:Automatic detection and adjusting of the boiler:
The boiler equipment is full automatic and has functions of controlling and adjusting.
(1) Automatic adjusting of the combusting load.
(2) Automatic adjusting of the boiler air (fuel gas) proportion.
(3) Automatic compensation of the boiler feed capacity.
(4) Controlling of the automatic ignition equipment and program.
(5) Automatic detection of the inner flame in the hearth.
(6) Automatic clearing of the hearth.
Seven.:Electronic-controlled box:
All the controlling and security protection, various operation and stopping pilot lamps and operation situation display are showed on the electronic-controlled box. The main controlling content:
(1) When the gas, water and electricity are under a normal condition, the boiler system can start automatically in order.
(2) When the steam pressure is higher than set point. The boiler can stop automatically.
(3) When the water level are lower than safe water level, the boiler can stop automatically can sound an alarm.
(4) When the gas pressure is lower than set value, the boiler can stop and sound an alarm.
(5) The boiler can stop and sound an alarm when the combustion engine malfunctions.
(6) The main controlling signal is steam pressure.
Eight: The design of the boiler adopts manual, automatic and locked adjusting measures. The safety and normal operation of the boiler can be assured.
Nine. Boiler and its combusting system:
No matter the adjusting system is on which point, from load of 0-100%, the combustion can be complete. The combustion efficiency can be higher than 90%. Installing in the controlling box, it can clearly show programs of starting, blowing, sweeping and igniting.
(1) When the interlock system of exterior protection is working normally, the combustion engine can start automatically. The program controls normal combustion progresses of blowing, sweeping and automatic ignition. Igniter adopts measure of high-pressure electric ignition.
(2) When the ignition is successful, the flame detector can detect the flame. Signals can be converted through the detector and then be sent to the controller. The controller controls the movements of the main electromagnetic valve to make the ignition normal. When the flame extinguishes, the flame detector will lose signals. At this time, the controller will send signals to shut main electromagnetic valve and cut of the electricity supply.
(3) Steam boiler is installed with pressure eliminator, super high pressure protection and pressure proportion controller, of which the pressure eliminator controls the steam pressure to change in a certain range. When the pressure eliminator malfunctions and the pressure is higher than the set value, super high pressure protection can start——the boiler will stop and sound an alarm. The proportion controller controls the proportion of boiler pressure and fuel consumption. It can avoid the fluctuation of the steam pressure.
(4) The boiler is installed with visual water level gauge. Automatic feed water controller of electrode pole and super low water level protection equipment carry out four section controlling: boiler stopping and sounding an alarm at a super low water pressure, water feed at low water level, pump stopping at a high water level and boiler stopping at super high water level. When the water level is below safe water level or the water pump can’t run normally for other reasons, super low water level protection equipment can be used to automatically stop the combustion engine and sound an alarm.
(5) Blast-proof door is installed on the main body of the boiler. When the smoke pressure is higher than a certain value, it can be released to the set value. Security valve is installed on the main body of the boiler. When the steam pressure is higher than a certain value, it can be released to the set value.
