on the center of the bearing ,we put 2 pieces of plastic covers to protect the hub from damaged during transporting ,and for wheelset ,we put them into two thick pearl bags for safe ,outside protecting is for using brown carton .

About shipping:

EMS, reach most of the countries within 5 to 15 business days. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, EMS may takes up to 25 business days

DHL usually takes 2-7business days, and it may take up to 12 business days because of the destination and other factors;

TNT usually takes 5-7business days, and it may take up to 16 business days because of the destination and other factors;

About delivery:

Normaly ,if goods is with stock ,for wheelsets ,we can deliver it within 7 days or faster .for frames ,we can deliver it in 14 days ,but if you want to do painting or put design on it ,the delivery time will be as we tell when communicating .If goods is without stock , delivery time is as we tell .

About warranty:

Warranty for products is 2 year for frames,1 year for wheels . The warranty is only effective to original owner, and is not transferable.Beside ,the warranty does not cover:Normal wear or tear for braking surface/pads/bearings and pawls in the hub and improper assembly or follow up maintenance, damage or failures caused by a crash, impact, abuse of the product, non- compliance with manufactures specifications of usage or any other fractious reasons;When the serial number or production code has been deliberately altered, defaced or removed.
