OEM Order:

We accept OEM orders, please send us your logo/design in PDF,PSD or GIF format,and all the details.

Payment :

we accept Paypal& Bank Transfer & Western Union are available.

Shipping:

Order lead time is 3-5 working days. Holiday times may vary. The standard delivery time is 5-10 working days by EMS.

EMS tracking number will be informed after shipment. When the order dispatch day falls on a public holiday it will be processed on the next working day.

Please make sure that you have given us a correct shipping address.

Warranty/Return:

Please carefully inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If there is any obvious freigh damage, do not sign the freight bill unless the damage situation noted on the bill! The client has the option of rejecting the shipment at the time of delivery.

If the item is defective after you sign and open the package, please notify us within 48hours with pictures of the defective item. We will work with customers to solve any problem.

Note: products must be return within 30 days or the return will be disallowed. The sender must prepay the return shipping fee. All returns should be back to us in its original packing. New items or repaired items will be shipped to you after we receive the returning items. Refund will be granted after we receive the returning items in original packing.
