WXC Series Centerless Lathe(commonly known as peeling machine)is a new generation high-efficiency lathe machine which is specialized in processing of metal bar surface such as slender shaft. It can not only quickly remove defects on the surface of round steel such as decarburization layer and cracks, but also realize relatively high precision and roughness. It is especially suitable for processing of super long round steel bar, with working efficiency several times of the traditional processing technology.
This machine is mainly applied in the production of bright material and bright steel bar, and in the field of machinery manufacturing, auto parts, bearing production, spring manufacturing, military enterprises, the production and processing of slender shaft, titanium bar, copper bar, aluminum bar, magnesium bar and other non-ferrous metal bar or tube, and in the field of other machinery equipment manufacturing for material preparation.
WXC series of centerless lathe includes CNC type and semi - automatic type.Semi automatic type is operated both hydraulically and manually. For example, tool is adjusted manually, feeding and extracting are realized with hydraulic controlled clamping device, and auto material loading and unloading are finished with pneumatic and electric controlled device. Operated with ease, high in cost performance, this machine is quite suitable for small or medium enterprises which requires lower degree of automation.
Advantages compared with ordinary lathe
1.When processing over-length bar,Centerless Lathe has incomparable advantages.Ordinary lathe is good at processing short bar.But there is great restriction for processing long shaft.In theory,Centerless Lathe can process the bar of infinite length.
2.Centerless Lathe is not only processing bar,also wire rod.Including from wire rod to wire rod and from wire rod to bar that ordinary lathe can't do it.
3.Processing speed 1-12m/min,the working efficiency of Centerless Lathe is dozens of times of the ordinary lathe.
4.High precision,after peeling,tolerance of diameter reach≤IT9,surface roughness Ra≤6.3μm.But after peeling,Ra≤0.8μm.
DIFFERENT PARTS AND SYSTEM
Cooling Lubrication System
Cooling lubrications by cooling pump suction,through multiple pipelines from the front spray mozzle to the roll gap and the bar,playing cooling and lubricationing role.After converging,follow together into the coolant tank.Coolant tank design three layer protection filter,to ensure lubricating coolant cleaness.
Electrical System
The transmission system adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation,feeding system,adjustment system,cooling and lubricating system controled by AC power.
The main power supply is AC380v 50Hz,control power supply is AC220V 50Hz.Control system for low voltage power supply(DC24v).
Entry Guide System and Exhaust System
The upper and lower cylinders respectively control the upper and lower nylon rollers lifting,meanwhile,two motors drive two nylon rollers rotating.Then clamp the bars entering the entrance of the guide sleeve.
Two nylon rollers clamp the workpieces and asssure the workpiece not easy to slip,reliable work.
Auxiiliary Machine
automatic loader and unloader,greatly saving labor cost.
After straightening,all the collection racks are equiped with protective layer to avoid any scratches.

Chip Conveying Device:
Function: To discharge iron dust from chip-extracting mouth which is at the bottom of cutter head seat.
Structure: Chain-scraper chip cleaner is supplied by accessory manufacture, iron dust and coolant fall down to chip cleaner via bottom of cutter head, coolant falls down into water groove of machine body via hole. Iron dusts are expelled by chain scraper and intensively collected.
Hydraulic press system
Function:Provider the relevant parts of equipment with working hydraulic oil according to design requirement and offer their working movement.
Constitute :this production line has one set of hydraulic unit , which is on the right rear of the machine body. It consists of pumping set generator, various controlling valves, hydraulic tank and hydraulic pipeline. Connected by pipeline, oil tank and connector need to be distributed into everywhere of equipment.
The oil and gas lubrication system is especially designed to provide the effective lubrication for the high-speed rotating components, and is a reliable and economic method of lubricating for the high-speed spinning bearing. The lubricating oil has to be Great-Wall brand(or better brand with higher quality) mechanical oil or anti-wear hydraulic oil.

Host is composed of a bed, spindle, oil air lubrication system, front clamping feed in, clamp car, rear clamping extracting, front guide, middle guide, rear guide, driving components.
The cutting liquid circulation
cooling system is mainly composed of circulating pump, pipe, nozzle etc.
The circulating pump delivers the cutting liquid in the tanks to the nozzle near the cutting head through pipes, and cutting liquid is directly sprayed to the cutter and peeling chip. Most heat generated from the bar peeling is taken away by cooling liquid, which together with the peeling chip, falls down to the chip removal mouth, and flows back to water tank through pipe
