Function of Feeder Unit
1.Countinuous or skip feeding is aviliable with counter
2.Sun Automation Lead Edge Feeder with three wheel-shafts and strong vacuum transfer for precise and 3.Variable frequency drive cintrol for vacuun blower fan for increased or decreased vacuunm suction to match different sizes of paperborad
4. Dust removal system with brush and segmented vacuum sheet clearance
5.Self-locked system adopted for adjusting feeding rolls gap
6.Motorized and PLC control of feeder side guides
7.Motorized backstop forward/backword and up/down position for easy and quick adjustment
8.Main motor is protected from starting up when units are not fully closed and locked
Function of Printer unit
1.Available with either Mattews or Roll mounting system
2.Pnumatic clutch is adopted on the anilox roll to :(a)make the roll run at the same speed as the main motor when the unit is printing :(b)make the roll stop when the unit is not printing:(c)reduce the possibility of damage to the rubber roll and anilox roll for improper operation:(d)allow units which are not in use to be washed up while running
3.Printing register is digitally controlled by motor and PLC(±10mm)
4.Quit set and self locking pull collars
5.Self-locking system is adopted on the caliber adjustment of pull roll,impression roll,rubber roll and anilox roll
6.A fixed device of printing register and brake of electromagnetic clutch is used when the unit opened.Upon closing the unit ,the positions are precisely restored so the unit is ready for production without adjustment
Function of Slotter unit
1.An internal gear adjusts the height of the carton bos and prvents the lubricating oil from spilling or optimal scoring quality
2.Pre-creaser and creaser for optimal scoring quality
3.Upper creasing roll covered by anvil ring ,so paperboard is not damaged easily
4.Slotting bosses move along linear bearings and are driven by lead screws for flexible and precise movement
5.Upper boss and lower boss are coupled to keep the two knives aligned while moving,which is helpful to prolong service life
6.Slotting register and height of carton bos are digitally controled by motor and PLC
7.Transversal movement os the pre-creasing rolls ,creasing rolls ,and slotting boeeseare digitally controled by motor and PLC
8.Motorized montrols of the slotting bosses caliber
9.Manual and self-locked caliber adjustment of pre-creaser and creaser
10.A protective device prevents the slotting knife from crashing when the height of carton box is adjusted
11.Double protection device(electric and mechanic)prevent slooting bosses from crashing against each other ,by transversal movement of the slotting bosses
12.Flexible angle cutting knife can cut 3 or 5 ply paperboard with no adjustment.Easy to operate
13.Hand hole-punching dies can be adopted

1.Side to side oscillation of anvil drum(50mm)
