Installation Instructions:
1. Placed the base of the Grinding tools on the smooth worktable, insert the column into the base
(if the matching is tight, Blocked the port of the column with
the wood, and using hammer tapping), and fix with angles
screws.
2. Screw the “lift handle” under the “Lifting gear shaft”.
(Figure )
3. Drill chuck set into spindle, Pad one small piece of the wood
on the base, pull down the “ lift handle”, and press it tightly,
tighten or relax the drill with the keys.
4. Please check the voltage which is consistent with the reality
before power on.
5. Please power off first (unplug) before open the Spindle cover.
6. Read the details of the manual before operating.
Operating manual:
1. Spindle box height adjustment:
Hand on the spindle box, and loosen” clamping wrench” to move
to appropriate location, close the clamping wrench.
2. Feed depth:
Loosen the knob scale cover and tight screw, pull down the “ lift
handle”, drill pin to the desired depth, close the screws.

NOTE:
1 using the power cord must be grounded.
2 Installation and commissioning sure to turn off the power of the machine
3 after a period of using, it should drop a few drops oil to lubricate between the sleeve and
the axle hole.
4 It is much better coating the Column surface and the surface of the table.
5 Before operating, ensure that the spindle cover covered.
6 Note protective eye.
7 Operation without wearing gloves, not bare body, do not wear a tie.
8 To fix the workpiece to prevent it rotation when the drill off.
9 Use the rotational speed according the specification of the bench.
