Semi-automatic bar peeling machine or centerless lathe for sale
Seires WXC centerless lathe is the high efficiency lathe which is specialized in rough and
precise processing of the metal bar surface. It removes the decarburized layer, cracks and other defects from the surface of the bars with high precision. In the working process, the
metal bar doesn’t rotate and just walk forward. The cutter tools are driven to rotate by the
cutter head to rotate fast to peel the surface of the bars.
Series WXC centerless lathe includes semi-automatic hydraulic type and CNC type.
Advantages compared with the general lathe
1. The over-long metal bars or the wire rods can also be processed.
2. The processing speed: 1~12m/min which is several times faster than the general
lathe.
3. High precision. The diameter tolerance ≤IT9 while the surface roughness ≤6.3μm
after peeling. The surface roughness can be less than 0.8μm if our straightening machines are used afterward.
Composition
The equipment is usually composed of main machine and the table bed.
Main machine consists of bed, spindle, air/oil lubrication system,front-clamping feeding system,rear-clamping extracting system, front guide and middle-rear guide system,etc.
Table bed consists of the loader and unloader.
The air/oil lubrication system is specially designed to lubricate and cool the spindle
bearings during their highspeed rotation. It is composed of pump, oil and air distribution
block and air source processing unit.
Cutting fluid circulation cooling system consists of circulating water pump, pipeline, nozzle,etc.The cooled cutting liquid is taken by the water pump from reservoir to the nozzle near
the cutter head through pipeline and sprays on the tools and scraps. Thus it takes away
the cutting heat and drops into chip mouth with the scraps under the cutter head and flows back to the reservoir through the pipeline to be cooled.
Chip conveyor is provided by our outsourcing supplier. The scraps falls onto the chain
plate through the chip mouth under the cutter head and they are taken out by transmission and collected intensively.
Hydraulic system consists of motor pumps, control valves, hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic
pipeline etc.Clamping and loosening bars are realized through the cylinders in the front-clamping feeding and rear-clamping extracting systems.
The electrical system includes power supply system and controlling system, integrated by 1 power distribution cabinet and 1 button station, realizing the electric control of the main
transmission, front- clamping feeding system, rear-clamping extracting system, cooling system, hydraulic system, conveyor and the table bed.
