How to produce the collector ?

In-process
-Laser welder between absorber and copper tubing
-Process test with digital pressure meter at 1.2Mpa 5 minutes
-Automatic S type bending machine
-Automatic frame cutter
-Automatic frame assembly machine
-Automatic copper drilling machine
-Automatic plate leveling machine

System Special Features:

Simple pump moves antifreeze solution through loop into solar heat collector, through collector's pipes and out of collector
Then sun-warmed antifreeze solution flows into heat-transfer until where warms cool water heading into conventional hot water tank
Antifreeze solution then returns to pump and again flows into solar collector without ever mixing with building's water
Water is indirectly heated, indirect systems are encouraged in climates with extended periods of below-freezing temperatures
