 Usage :

• Efficient thickner is a kind of new-style solid-liquid separation equipment, it is high underflow concentration and the overflow turbidity is low. It extensive use in tailings dispose, wet process smelt, environmental engineering beneficiation and any other fields.
• Deep cone thickner consist of crane span structure, driven gearing, shell, mud scrape device and other parts. Mud scrape device contains two parts of centre drive shaft and mud rake. Shell consist of upper cylindrical section and below cone. Below cone angulus parietalis is small.
• After slurry enter into thickner, solid particle subside to wall of shell along the shaft under the action of gravity, and then concentrate discharge from centre of below cone under effect of dead weight and mud rake. Clear water overflow discharge from rim of top. It is mainly use for slurry concentrate and clear of tailing slurry, metal pulp, electric power and chemical industry to achieve dehydrated.
