1. Customized products: all of the machines in our factory can be customized. If you have any other requirements of the machine, please feel free to contact me. We can design it for you.
2. Payment terms: T/T. 30% in advance after order confirmed, 70% in balance before 
3. Delivery time: To effect shipment within 30 days after the receipt of deposit.
4. Warranty time: 1 year. During warranty time, we will deliver free spare parts through courier on our account if there happened to be any fault caused by our products' quality. 
5. On-site services: We could send our engineer to customer's place for installation/trouble shooting/repair work.
