Can you print our Logo on the product?

Yes, we can print your logo on the product if your order quantity up to 2,000pcs if logo design and Pantone color provided. 

I have a design, can you make a product based on our design? 

Yes, we can customize product for you based on your design, to do that, we need to receive all detail information about your design, include the appearance design, functional description, sketch, etc. 

We will quote development cost and tooling cost and start project after confirm everything with clients. 

I do not have a design, can you help? 

Yes, all you have to do is to email us your idea, fax a sketch or email us a rough drawing of what you want and we’ll send a scheme and production plan for your to approval. 

How to order? 

Import from China, it can be more easy even if you are not a company and have no import license,

We can deliver the goods to your hands by FedEx/ DHL/ UPS or by air by sea. 

Following steps to make import easy:

1)Tell us which items you are interested in or what you need us to do for you b by email/ call/ fax. 

2)We send our quotation based on your requirements.

3)We will send samples for testing after price confirmed, sample fee can be refundable in bulk order.

4)We will start mass production after your confirm sample quality.

5) 100% quality check during & after production, pack and ship to customers’ specified address. 

What kind of payment do you accept? Do you accept payment through credit card or Paypal? 

We accept payment method by T/T, western Union and credit card for small amount.

What guarantee do we have since advanced payment is required? 

We are not aim to do once-business, we are going to build strong and long business with all of clients, our success is based on customer’s satisfaction, further, each oder has SOP (Standard Operation Procedure ) to follow, Production is only processed after all details have been confirmed. We do 100% inspected before shipment, and takes responsibility for default goes beyond acceptance. 

What is your production lead time? 

1)For sample,  1-2 days upon receipt of your confirmation. 

2)For mass production, within 10-20 days normally, depends on order quantity. 

What’s your mini order quantity? 

In General, our MOQ is 1000pcs per item, but as we do understand that our clients would like to test market response before place volume order, we can accept order quantity less than 1,000pcs.
