Product Description
Road pouring glue is combined with the seam wall of asphalt concrete, with strong adhesion, watertight, good elasticity, don’t flow or stick wheel in high temperature, don’t embrittlement, good durability etc.

Usage
Material damage usage:According to formula, when the temperature of the sealant is in the regulation construction, 1kg sealant can seal a crack for length is 8m, width is 1cm, depth is 1cm. The estimating formula is width(cm)*depth(cm)*length(m)*0.12(kg), for example: width and depth all is 2cm, the longitudinal crack length is 15m,then the material damage usage is 2*2*15*0.12=7.2kg.
Heating sealant:In the hot melt kettle heating chamber, sealant is heated to melt until reach the specified construction temperature 180-193℃.
Close to traffic: To ensure the safety in construction, first the traffic should be controlled, according to the regulations about highway maintenance work traffic control by the"road maintenance technical specifications", put conical standard and moving vehicle sign, and has the specialist to charge of directing traffic and with the construction progress timely move the sign.
slotting: According to designed slotting size, adjusting the width and depth of grooving machine, then having the slotting work. Timely adjust the slotting size according to the change of the crack in the process of construction, and meet the minimum design requirements.
Raked joint: The dust and sundries in the in-groove and two sides at least 5cm should be cleaned up by forest fire extinguisher.
Preheat: Sealant should be used in the road surface temperature more than 4℃.The viscosity maybe reduced under low temperature, because of too much steam in crack, if under 4℃,a proper method can be used to heat to ensure to meet minimum requirements. If need to seal under 4℃, thecrack must be dry, no water and sundries. The temperature of sealant should be maintained in a safe heating temperature. There should be the specialist to inspect the sealant to ensure the adhesive.
Crack pouring: When the temperature of sealant is between 180-193℃, using pressure nozzle with calibrating in the crack seal terminalto make the sealant be evenly poured into the tank.
Maintenance: After crack pouring by sealant, the traffic can not be opened immediately, but when the sealant is sufficiently cooling. Cooling time is about 15 minutes, a thin layer of sand should be sprinkled on the sealant when it is hot. Specific implementation, it can be flexible according to the temperature condition.
1.The temperature should be between 180-190℃,but no more than 204℃.
2.Slotting size should meet the minimum design requirements, that is width ≥1cm,depth≥1.3cm.
3.Before cracking pouring, in-groove and two sides should be absolutely cleaned.
4.The road surface temperature should be more than 4℃,or preheat should be taken.
5.Before open the traffic, it should ensure enough cooling time of the sealant.
