HXE-17MDS  Intermediate aluminum wire drawing machine

HXE-17MDS  Intermediate aluminum wire drawing machine is used to draw single bare  Aluminum wire from 4mm  to 0.8mm-2.2mm.

I.Structure

 (1) Power control: The main motor is controlled by 60HP-AC inverter ,adjusted range from 0-1500MPM ,the line speed is shown on the monitor. Spooler motor has it's own inverter20HP-AC in order to control the stabilization of the tension ,adjust the speed of spooler inverter.

 (2) Wire drawing :Horizontal -four-axes and continuous drawing.

 (3) Transmit: by high precision gears,the spooler transmit by high-tensility straps

 (4) Automatic stop: wire broken off to protect brake.

 (5) All accessories are used high quality and special materials. E.g,capstan are tungsten ,the bearing is NSK made is Japan, Electric motor is made in China, domestic famous brand.

III.Body structure

 1.Materials:Q235A

   The body of machine is ironed welded by steel plate.

   Clearing  the internal stress through annealing treatment and fine boring machine.

 2.Transmit: By high precision gears

 3.Transmit for Main motor:By high tensility triangle straps

 4.Final capstan:tooth-shape synchronous straps

 5.Drive shaft: Material:S45C(#45 steel). 

   Precision:Drive shafts are adjusted by HRC25-27,eliminating the internal stress.

 6.Capstan

 (1)Materials: S45C the surface is sprayed by tungsten.

 (2)The capstans are fixed.

 7.Foot switch

  When wire pointing, to control the machine runs in a low speed(about 100meters/minute).

 8. Cooling and lubricating method of the drawing line 

  On the top of capstan ,there are moving water-pipes. And from No.1 to No.17 dies have separate lubricating pipe.

IV.HXE-17MDS Main drawing machine

Features

- Gearbox is casted by HT200 cast iron accurately as a whole piece. Compared with piece together

structure, it has many excellent features, for instance higher rigidity, well sealing performance.

Also it will not leak water and oil and can reduce vibration efficiently. The gearbox is treated 

with one-off orientational processing in the Germany advanced machining center to make sure

processing accuracy.

- In the gear box, material of bevel gears is 20CrMnTi and it is treated with cemented quenching.

- The surface of drawing capstan is in a double-cone shape to enhance its using life greatly.

- The drawing box has double covers to seal. Covers are made of stainless steel. The outer cover

has six parts and inner cover has four parts and can be open and closed by hand.

- The main bearings is NSK and the final drawing capstan is fitted with an independent DC motor

with power of 55KW and is transmitted by flat belt.

Containing length meter, speed,voltage ,ammeter,button switch,indicator light,control switch, alarm light,etc.

Operation panel and electric cabinet buildup complete electrical system.

VI.Electric system

1.Driving system for drawing part,containing main inverter(55kw),motor, take up motor with inverter.

2.Control system for intermediate m/c contains inverters,logical control,operation panel and so on.

 Due to adopt dual inverters control, potentiometer presets signal of speed for inverter who controls the machine speed.
