HXE-13DLA Aluminium wire drawing machine

HXE-13DLA   Aluminum rod breakdown machine  is used to draw  single bare aluminum wire  from 9.5mm(Max.) to

1.7mm - 4.0mm.

1.Machine transmission:by gears
2.Drawing method:capstans are immersed into water.
3.Main drawing machine are composed of electric motor(75KW),machine body (including gear oil tank and water tank),axes,gears,capstans and die seat and so on.
4.Gears: high precision gear,material:20CrMo.
5.Capstans :cast iron
6.Lubrication:lubricate for gears and bearings,oil splashes.

7.Capstans are immersed into water,capstans and aluminum rod can be coolant.Drawing dies are sprayed.
8.Bearing :Chines famous brand: Haerbin.
9.Drawing speed can be adjusted during 350mm-800m/min(according to inlet and outlet size and softness or hardness).

Containing length meter,speed,voltage ,ammeter,button switch,indicator light,control switch,alarm light,etc.Operation panel and electric cabinet buildup complete electrical system.

V.Electrical system

1.Driving system for drawing part,containing main inverter(75kw),motor, take up motor with inverter.

2.Control system for intermediate m/c contains inverters,logical control,operation panel and so on.

Due to adopt dual inverters control, potentiometer presets signal of speed for inverter who controls the machine speed.
