Shenzhou Senxin Aluminum Co., Ltd), established in 2011, is the largest enterprise specializing in the production of Al-Mg Alloy Wire in Hebei Province and even north area of Yangtze River. We produce high quality Al-Mg Alloy Wire 5154 products with gauge from 0.12mm to 5mm. We have international advanced quality control equipment imported from Germany----Spectrum instrumentation and electronic tensile testing machine. The Wire products have excellent mechanical properties, which are acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistance, good toughness, high strength, no fading when high temperature after tension, strength, and hardness test etc. We also produce 117 Bus-bar wire of Al-Mg Alloy, and Al-Mg Alloy Wire with various specifications can be customized according to customers’ requirements.

Applications

 Al-Mg Alloy Wire can be used for braiding and shielding in flexible coaxial cable, a variety of audio and video cable, vehicle signal cable, network cable, data transmission cables and so on. 

Aluminium Magnesium Alloy Wire 5154  

It is made by melting aluminum ingot, magnesium ingot and other metal raw materials, which will get through several times drawing processes and high-temperature annealed. There will be no metamorphosing during the heat treatment or mechanical workout. Producible scope: diameter is from 0.12mm to 5.00mm
