Mini table pill-making line

Brief Introduction

Mini Table Pill-making Line is our new product, which includes CHJ-10 Mixing Machine, YUJ-10A Traditional Medicine Pill-Making Machine, SWG-220 Mini Pill & Grain Rotary Sifter, WMG3W Mini Microwave Drying sterilizing Machine, and BYJ-300 Chestnet-Type Coating Boiler, and so on.. Its length is totally 5.5 meters, height 1.5 meters, with rational layout and convenient application. It can be used to make, dry and sterilize honey pill, water honey pill, condense pill as well as other traditional medicine preparation. General power is 7.15 KWH, and its capacity is 2-5 KG every hour. With perfect design, nice appearance, rational structure and easy operation, this machine is widely used for pill-making in research institution, lab, hospital , and small-size pharmaceutical factory.

Structure features:

Put different kinds of dry and warm powder into CHJ-10 slot style mixing machine to mixing equably, transit to chest of YUJ-10A table pill-making machine, in the pressure of the screw thruster and make into one or two medicine bars with the same diameter, through the guide wheels and strip traction into the making-pill gear wheel and being fast cut and robbed, which make into equably size pills. Put the pills into the chest of the SMG-220 mini pill-rolling bolt machine, through three times bolting in middle of the mini platen, deliver the eligible pills into the entrance of the WMG3W mini microwave drying & sterilizing machine, transmitted by the belt and heated in the heat up boxes. Put the dried & sterilized eligibly pills into the BYJ-300 chufa style coating boiler to get polishing or sugar coating. The above processes finished the mini pills manufacture.

The structure of the mini table pill-making auto producing line is reasonable arrangement, taking less ground, low electric cost, light, running stably, easy to operate.
