Usage:

This  laminated glass machine  equipment is suitable for the glass deep processing factory. The machine use EVA film (also named EN film), it produces ordinary laminated glass, other laminated glass made from PC sheet, PET flake, decorative paper, silk or cloth, color film or metallic wire net. Its characteristics are: No need to use autoclave, simple operation, low energy consumption and high efficiency.

Principle and Structure Description:

1. Technology Theory: Heating and pump air from vacuum bag, making the glass and EVA film (also called EN film) heat together, to form a safety laminated glass.

2. The machine is made up by six parts: Furnace body, electric control systems, vacuum pump, heat circulation, cooling systems and loading/unloading systems. Furnace body is made by stainless steel, using two kinds of high quality heat insulating materials. Intelligentized temperature controlling system. The whole process can be completed automatically or manually. The vacuum pump of high-quality .The heating device is advanced , and the upper and lower surface were heated evenly on each floor vacuum bag, The loading and unloading part works electricity, easy to be operated, and reduce  intensity.
