This Optical Type Tool Presetter is specialized tool measuring and setting equipment. It can quickly measure various parameters of tools, and print them out. The measuring results can be easily entered into the computer system on the CNC machines. So the tools can be adjust unified and ensure the accuracy of machining.

This Tool Presetter can realize inspection and adjustment outside the machine and the production line (offline measurement). So it will not occupy the precious working time to increase the working efficiency. It is mainly used in the workshop of plenty CNC Machines to ensure the accuracy conformity of the producing line.

It is equipped with a precision standard Taper and its benchmark zero, The inside digital readout counter takes the standard taper as 0.000, the size difference between all measured tool and the standard taper is tool compensation data, which can be input directly in controller of CNC machining center.

Tool radial value and length measuring and presetting;

Switch between BT40 and BT50 ; or BT50 and HSK63/80 (optional sleeve)
