This machine is used for making deep-hole parts. Double-slant rack feeding mechanism with high rigidity and wide
machining range. Its main function includes drilling, boring (can boring blind holes) and rolling. The roughness usually
can reach Ra0.4 after rolling. BTA method for drilling, and push-boring method for boring, the coolant is supplied
by oil carriage. The clamping of workpiece and oil carriage are controlled by hydraulic system with properties of
safety and easily operation. The machine is suitable for both large and small batch of machining hydraulic cylinders,
spindle holes, cylinder holes and coolant holes.
Main structure:
Bed: box-shape and three sides sealed with slant tendon of high rigidity, the width of square guideway 650mm
which is hardened and grounded. Double slant rack transmission mechanism ensures stable rigidity.
Hydraulic system: control the action of clamping and loosing.
Feeding carriage: after decelerating by decelerating box by gear and rack, servo motor realize the feeding and
rapid feed of feeding carriage, the rapid speed can reach 6m/min, decelerating box is amounted on the side of feeding
carriage guide, one long shaft is pass through and realize synchronous moving, drilling and boring bar is fixed on
feeding carriage, feeding carriage guide and double rack are equipped with automatic lubrication system.
Steady rest: planer-type three point independent steady rest is easy for adjusting.
Headstock and chuck body: according to user’s request, main motor can be three phase motor, spindle motor
or vary-speed motor, for three phase motor the speed is changed manually, for spindle motor or vary-speed motor,
the spindle speed is stepless with two gear. The spindle is connected with chuck body which can be connected with
chuck or taper disk, there is a square hole on top of chuck body with purpose of chip-removal and tool adjusting and
dispatching.
Coolant system: on rear of machine which it mainly used as cooling and chip-removal.
Oil carriage: there are two oil carriages one for drilling and another is for boring, the machining capacity of drilling
oil carriage is φ25---100mm, the capacity of boring oil carriage isφ80—250mm, the main function of oil carriage is
guiding for boring head and supply coolant, workpiece is clamped by chuck and taper disk for drilling and boring of
small holes, and workpiece is clamped by two taper disk for boring large holes, the drilling oil carriage and boring oil
carriage use the same base and easy to exchange, oil carriage is equipped with rapid mechanism.
Electrical system: the control system adopts FANUC OI CNC system, operation desk is amounted on oil carriage
and be rotated in a certain range, easy to operate.
