Useage: for general turning of Aluminum alloy and other non-ferrous metals.
Recommended cutting parameters: ap=0.1-5.0mm; fn=0.03-0.5mm/r
Process: turning, facing and copying machining
Charactoristic: opening positive rake angle, light cutting in high cutting speed. The cutting speed can as fast as 2500m/min to get a high cutting efficiency.

Recommended grade: CU810
Sub-micro grain, suitable for finishing machining of Non-ferrous metals in continuous and interrupted cutting.

Optional grade: CTU109
Diamond coating grade. The coating can remarkably reduce BUE and get a higher surface quality. Suitable for finishing to rough machining of Aluminum, Magnesium, Copper, Brass, etc.

Optional grade: CK10
High wear-resistance, high strength, suitable for machining chilled alloy iron and heat-resisting alloy steel.
