Composition of gold screening plant
Drum screen mainly have motor, reduction drive, roller device, frame, cover gasket, in and out of
the device.
1.The trommel scrubber spins slowly, similar to a giant washing machine. It churns the fines and
oversize and water together, vigorously breaking up the soil matrix as well as liberating the
target mineral from tough clay, schist's and rock.
2. After the fine(soil) is separated, the material is moved into the screen. The rotating screen
separates the oversize material from the fines(the fines are usually termed or categorized into
less than 8 mm). Most of the freely(gravity) recoverable gold and or other recoverable mineral
is contained in the -8mm fines.
3.This material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various
froms such as centrifugal concentrator, spirals, jigs etc.

Working principle of gold screening plant
A.The trommel scrubber is an autogenous rotating drum scrubber, utilising pebbles and rocks
within the feed source to fracture and disintegrate clays, agglomerates and soft oxides.
B.Disintegrated material is homogeneously slurried within the drum by reverse flights located at
the drum discharge end.
C.Slurry and washed oversize overflows the drum discharge throat to the concentric exit
trommels.

The delivery time is within 30 working days. But when the project is very big and the customers
have special requirement on the equipment, the delivery could be extended.

Our equipment warranty period is 1 year. Wearing parts and problem coursed by worker’s wrong
operation are not included.
3.Can you provide wearing parts?
We have two casting factories that specialize in produce wearing parts for our clients. If your
equipment are not manufactured by our company, please provide us the wearing parts drawing.
