Application:

It is widely used for mining stone crushing, high hardness stone crushing, building material crushing, cement factory, gravel plant, concrete mixing plant, dry mortar, power plant desulfurization, quartz, etc. 

Working principle:

cone crushers work, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate by the triangle belt, the big pulley, the transmission shaft, the bevel pinion and the large bevel gear. Under the rotation of eccentric sleeve, the crushing cone axis line swings, thus makes the broken wall surface come or leave the rolling wall surface from time to time. This movement leads the ore to be pressed, bended and at last to be crushed in the cavity formed by the moving cone and the fixed cone. Through repeated pressing, bending and crushing, the materials become the required size and discharge from the lower port.
