3.usage

    cold rolling coil steel cleaning and passivationg production line is used to

    chemical clean the surface of the cold rolling steel ,wipe off the protecting oil,

    residual iron and other contaminant .The residual iron and residual carbon on   the after annealing steel surface are well controlled.Making the steel clean.Alkaline solution is designed with the practice using  in the steel cleaning and passivating production line ,which have characteristic of good  effectiveness and low cost .Steel degreasing is used to clean the residual oil of the steel ,improving the steel  surface  processing quality ,and to  prepare for the  text  tempering process with loosing coil.
