 1. How about the warranty?

GZHMD: usually One year warranty or can be discussed further.

2. Are you factory or trading company?

3. Are your machines typical or customized? 

GZHMD: Both. usually we will offer the solution as customers' required.

4. I am running a new product line, I am not sure which machine I need, can you help me?

GZHMD:  Certainly, my friend, we are professional in manufacturing shampoo/ liquid detergent/perfume/vaseline etc. production line machines.

5.  What about installation? 

GZHMD: We can install machines in your factory, but the accomodation cost, air ticket, technician fee will be on your account. However, for small machine, we can install here and lead you by video.

6. do you have CE ?

GZHMD:Yes, we can show you when we contact.

 1)   Payment Term:usual it's T/T,30% before manufacturing,70% before delivering.

 2)   Enough spare parts will be given.

 3)  1 year guarantee period.

 4)   Be protected by Trade Assurance.
