Working principle

This mango puree machine mainly composed of drive system,shaft block,sleeve,cylinder back cover,blocking pulp tray,cylinder,spline shaft,screen,scraper blade(Beating bar), rack etc.The working flow as follows:

(1)stone fruits

Motor through the triangle belt transmission,make the rotor rotate at a high speed,the material enter into the hopper,the feeding blade auger delivery the material to beating bar,under the function of beating bar,the material being pound,Due to the effect of centrifugal force,Juice and fruit meat(puree) of material enter to the next working procedure by the mesh on the screen,the core was discharged by slag blade,to realize automatic separation of puree and residue.

(2)Berries

Motor through the triangle belt transmission,make the scraper blade which was Installed on the spline shaft rotate at high speed.When the broken fruit into the machine through the inlet port,blocking pulp plate eject the material to scraper and the screen evenly,Due to the effect of rotation of the scraper and the existence of the lead Angle,make the material move toward exit end along the cylinder,the movement track is spiraling,the material was broken due to the effect of centrifugal force,Juice and fruit meat(puree) of material enter to the next working procedure by the mesh on the screen,the core was discharged by slag blade,to realize automatic separation of puree and residue
