Introduction

This  lychee process line  is used to remove the core of apricot for canning,drying or other usage.

This   lychee process line  can complete pitting and cutting two actions at the same time,

that means one machine can instead of two machines.

The whole machine’s shell, frame are made of high quality stainless steel, and anti-corrosion property is strong.

Working principle

On both sides of the device’s conveyor belts mold have material storage station,after the boot,It supports 5-8 people standing on both sides of the machine,to put fruit into transport belt,then the lychee process line automatically go nuclear, cut flap.Finally,the pit and cutted fruit flap out from two outlets.

Applied fields

Apart from olive,this  lychee process line  can also used to be pitting dates, beach dates, 

cherries, olives, red bayberry, plum, hawthorn, crab apples, apricots, peaches, and other fruits.
