This lychee seed removing machine is mainly used to pre-process lychee wine and lychee juice. Its main function is to separate nucleuses from pulp of fresh lychee which have been peeled,and to squeeze the pulp.

Working principle

 This lychee seed removing machine is mainly composed by hopper, rotaryscreen, disengaging shaft, arranger, rack, shield, screw pump. The lychee enter into the separation device from the hopper,then under the action of disengaging shaft with high working speed and rotary screen the nucleuses are separated from the pulp and the pulp is squeezed.The nucleuses are thrown away at the tail of the machine,and are conveyed to another place by screw pump.
