Introduction

This semi-automatic and automatic potato chips machine french fries machinery is my company design and manufactured according to the features of root potato, 

using brush principle, widely used to cleaning carrot,  potato, potato, sweet potato, potato and other root 

vegetables.

Working principle

The material enter into the machine by artificial or hoisting machine,then cleaning between the upper and lower 

brushes stick,using the rotation of the brush,push ahead,the upper and lower spray pipe wash the dirt and dust 

of the material surface,if overstriking the diameter of Wool yarn diameter on brush roller,you can brush the stab 

on the material,under the function of water pressure,the dirt and stab of the material enter into sump tank.Also 

can according to user requirements,reusing the water in sump tank after filtering,the gap between brush roller,

can be adjusted according to the materials of different thickness.

For small size, crate case is adopted.

For big size and heavy good, fumigation-free wooden case or pallet is offered for 20’ or 40’ container or bulk shipment.
