The new seal can enable power company to realize information, automated, intelligent management of seal, which includes comprehensive electronic information recording of procurement, incoming and outgoing of warehouse, installation, dismantling, inspection and other business information, and also the provision of power inspection and supervision means to prevent the occurrence of the the meter stealing phenomenon of because of the electricity users' destruction or falsification of the measurement seals. The seal fully meets the demand of the intelligent seal management system.
