CRS03 silicon micro gyroscope/angular velocity transducer

1. Introduction

CRS03 Silicon micro gyroscope/ angular velocity transducer is a micro inertial device which is used to measure the angular velocity of the moving object. The gyroscope is with Corioli effect, which is using silicon element micro precision ring sensing device design to produce a Vibration – proof of high precision analog output voltage.

2. Feature: 1). Using MEMS (Micro-electromechanical Systems) min. instrument.

              2). Because of the plane ring structure, the gyroscope influenced by vibration and the impaction is very small.
