Specification

2.Standard: ASTMDINBSJISGB.

3.Surface finish: machining, shot blasting, sand blasting, painting,galvanizing,etc.

Production facility

1.Casting facility: sand mixer,moulding machine,electric furnace, heat treatment furnace,shot-blasting machine, sand-blasting machine.

2.Machining facility: CNC, NC lathe,milling machine, boring machine, other ordinary machine tools, polishing machine.

Heat treatment

Tempering/Normalizing/Annealing/Quenching/Q+T.
