Basic recipe of snack food

1). Sweet taste

Add little amount of sodium cyclamate to the raw material, or white sugar within 5% and stir evenly.

2). Color:

   A. Yellow color can be got from adding corn grit.

   B. Red color can be got from 10% of black rice or red rice.

   C. Green color can be got from 10% of mung beans.

3). Salty or spicy taste

   Put a little amount of edible salt or chili powder

4). Other flavors

   Within governmental food safety regulations, small amount of edible flavors such as mint etc can be used.
