It is a filter together with cyclone separation, coarse filtration and fine filtration t. It cuts off the oil and water in compressed air directly.
When it goes through cyclone separation, gravity settlement, cruder filet, fine filter layer filet, the oil, water and dust in compressed air can be removed thoroughly.
The filtering precision of compressed air gone through this filter can arrive to 0.1μm, and the quantity of residual oil is less than 0.1PPm.
Basic operation principle
High-efficiency oil remover consists by upper shell, lower shell, middle tray, oral separator, filtered components, fine filtering component, meter and pollution discharge components.
