Production Process Description

1. Putting the raw materials (tires, plastics, rubber, etc.) into the cracking furnace, feeding can choose to automatically or manually feeding, and then close the furnace door.

2. Staff open the cabinet, the system begins to work. The whole control system is controlled automatically. The first step in the production process is heated to dry the raw material.

3. When the main furnace reaching a certain temperature, the cracking process began to produce oil and gas.

4. The density of large heavy oil into the heavy tanks, light oil and gas rises into the condenser, cooling into the oil into the tank. A small amount of oil and gas not be liquefied is collected into the waste gas recovery system, which part of the gas can be burned as a fuel, can also undergo purification treatment for storage.

5. Gas from the combustion chamber through the desulfurization dust discharged into the atmosphere.

6. The heating process is completed, it needs natural cooling time for five hours (can also be filled with nitrogen, carbon dioxide for rapid cooling). After cooling, the high temperature slag system for carbon black, and the dust in the storage tank, to prevent environmental pollution).

7. After the completion of carbon black, then out of steel wire (raw materials is for steel tire), at this time, you need to open the oven door.

8. Start the next batch.
