 1.Brief Description

    This machine mainly used for stretching,molding and pressing process.This kind of pressing machine equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical control system,adopts the cutton centralized control which can relize the constant pressure and constant stroke these two molding processing.It has the function of pressure displaying,stroke and pressure adjusting.And this series of machine has four-column and guid-column guiding which improves the product accuracy greatly.In addition,the column and piston rod aer all with coppering and hard chromium plating after quenching,to ensure the abrasion resistance and the high roughness of surface.The oil inlet of oil pump has unique filter unit to ensure the service time of oil pump and valve.Oil-way connection adopts imported high pressure hose to reduce the noise greatly.Besides,according to the customer's requirment,it can be equipped with imported advanced components,such as PLC,Grating protection and MMI,etc.Our company also can produce and manufacture non-standard machinery according to the customer's requirment.
