RF

RF: has a poor anti-jamming capability, inconvenient network, common ratability, easy string network and have a bad effect in smart home.

Z-Wave

Z-wave: fewer nodes and a limited accommodation; stump web structure is not stable, and have poor security, easy to be vulnerable. The 9.6kps transmission rate is too small to meet the actual needs of the smart home. In our country, the Z-wave frequency bands are mainly used for non-civilian is been limited in policy. And it is difficult to meet in home.

Bluetooth

Bluetooth: the communication distance is too short (within 10m), is the point to point communication ways, so Bluetooth products will provide some personalized experience. According to smart home requirements, it is not so suitable.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi: is a short-haul transmission technology, has low products cost, and are very common in our life, But in smart home, it has obvious drawbacks, high power and networking needs strong professional.  High-power is a fatal drawback for anywhere installing the low-power products. And another fatal drawback is casually to buy a web card can easily break the Wi-Fi account and password.
