 1.How should i process the order?

Please send us email and provide us the specification as much as possible such as paper napkin's dimension, quantity, material,  package, etc, if customized design, provide us the design art-work as well. According to your request, we will quote in detail.

2.What Can I do if I cannot provide such detail specifications?

 Please send us the information as much as you know. We will make a price for your reference which based on our experience. If you really have no idea of the specs or custom designs, please try to find some photos of the products.

3. Do you have a range of stock items for sale?

 Yes, we have mass inventory to support the urgent order and small order. 

4.What is your minimum quantity?

 For the items we keep in stock, the MOQ is 500 pcs. For the customized designs and colors, the MOQ is different according to the products. Please contact to my email to get more information.

 5. How can I get a sample to check the quality?  

It is our pleasure to offer samples. Sample in stock is free, but freight should be on client's side. Customized samples, need sample charges. The sample in stock can be sent out within 24 hours; 5-7 days for customized samples.
