The product is manufactured according to the standards of GB12527-2008 <<Aerial insulated cables of rated voltage up to and including 1kv>> 

 <<Extruded solid dielectric power cables for rated voltage from 1kv to 30kv>>.

Operating characteristics

Rated voltage U./U:1kv

Max.permissible continuous temperature:

PVC,PE insulated aerial cables:70C;

XLPE insulated aerial cables: 90C

Max.short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed:

PVC insulated aerial cables:160C;

PE insulated aerial cables: 130C;

XLPE insulated aerial cables:250C.

The installation ambient temperature should not below -20C.

The bending radius of cables are recommend as follows:

When the diameter of cables less than 25mm: not less than 4 times the diameter of cables;

When the diameter of cables not less than 25mm; not less than 6 times the diameter of cables.

When the cables use in alternating current system, rated voltage of cables should be at least  equal the rated voltage of the system; When the cables use in direct current system, rated voltage of the system should be not greater than 1.5 times of the rated voltage of the cables.

Aerial Bouned Cables with rated voltage 10kv and 35kv

Standard 

The product is manufactured according to the standards of GB/t14049-2008

Operating characteristics

Rated voltage : 10KV,35KV

Max.permissible continuous temperature:

HDPE insulated aerial cables:75C;

XLPE insulated aerial cables: 90C

Max.short-circuit temperature of the conductor shall not exceed:

HDPE insulated aerial cables:150C;

XLPE insulated aerial cables:250C.

The installation ambient temperature should not below -20C.

The bending radius of cables are recommend as follows:

Single cable: not less than 20 times the diameter of cables;

Multi-core cables: not less than 15 times the diameter if cables.
