Q: Do you offer free samples?

A: First time customers are charged the cost of all samples and the freight. We will pay back  the sample fee if you buy the stock. For those of you who have bought stock from us before, we will offer up to 5 samples free of charge. Freight charges will be payable.

Q: How long do samples take to dispatch?

A: We send all packages within 3-5 days of receiving your sample request.

Q: What is Tophyflux’s MOQ?

A: In most cases not less than 500 pcs. However, please contact us if you do require less and we will do our best to accommodate it for you.

Q: Do you arrange the shipping for customers?

A: Yes, we organise shipping. The majority of you choose FOB. However, we can also do CIF shipping and direct to your warehouse if you require.

Q: What are your accepted methods of payment?
