1. The mechanical property is carried out at lab authorized National. 
2. The visual & dimension & hardness on component are inspected & tested.
3. All procedures of production are recorded & traceability and offer the 3.1 certificate.
4. According to customer demand,we would carry out the intermational Third-Party Inspection(TPI) and offer EN10204 3.2 Certificate.
5. UT & MPT are witnessed by BVIS OF TPI as per ASME A355 & ASME B16.34.
6. Through sandblasting treatment made the product surface texture more uniform.
7. The integral test bars for mechanical property are taken from location of forings.
8. Through sandblasting treatment after forging surface will be more uniform.
