PRODUCT INFORMATION 

1. The forgings are made of the material ASTM A105.
2. Minimum reduction ratio of product is 4:1.
3. Heat-treatment:Q+T
4. The visual & dimension & hardness on component are inspected & tested.
5. All procedures of production are recorded & traceability and offer the 3.1 certificate.
6. According to customer demand,we would carry out the intermational Third-Party Inspection(TPI) and offer EN10204 3.2 Certificate.
7. UT  are  as per ASME A355 & ASME B16.34.
8. The integral test bars for mechanical property are taken from location of forings.
