2 Years exchange warranty, contact me online or email for warranty issue If items are in original condition, 14days return and refund are accepted.

Notice: this warranty does not cover:

A: Normal wear and tear, any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or stunt riding (veld bashing,riding down stairs, or similar activities).

B: Improper assembly or improper maintenance is not covered by warranty.

Q1. What's the MOQ?
A1. We provide you small MOQ for each item, generally 50pcs, it depends your specific order.

Q2. What is the delivery time?
A2. Generally speaking, it will take around 45 days to finish an order from preparing to packing. But the extra time is according to your quantity

Q3. What is the payment terms?
A3. Generally, 30% deposit after confirming order, 70% balance before shipment.

Q4. How could you pay for orders?
A4. We accept different ways, L/C, T/T, Paypal, Escrow, Werstern Union, etc. Some will brings a little handle fee, pls pay attention.

Q5. Can I get a sample?
A5. Yes, of course. You need pay the sample fee first, it is double of wholesale, but we will refund you extra money when you make a bulk order.
