3.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A:Our factory is located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China, near Shanghai.You can fly to Nanjing airport directly. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! 

4.Q:What about the colorfast?

A:Banners can not be colorfast for lifetime.And it’s affected by many factors,such as local climate,site, frequency etc.You can tell us about the condictions to get the reference time.

5.Q:What is the material of your products?
A: The fabric material is PE, PU, PVC. We can also choose material as customers’ requirement.

6.Q:How can I get some samples? 
A: We are honored to offer you samples.

7.Q: Can you help with my design?

A: If you want us to make you the design, please send us original pictures & words in document and describe your promotion aims in details.Design charge will be USD 20.00/pc.

    The artwork should be in JPG, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, TIFF, CDR format; CMYK ONLY, at least 70dpi.

8.Q:What is your lead time/turn around time?

A:This is mostly depend on the order’s quanlity and the product’s stock..Time for Reference are as follow:

       *50pcs  ONLY: 2-3days.

            *sample: 2-3days upon
